of the enterprise in terms of possible insolvency or risk of insolvency, preparation of composition and bankruptcy strategies, drawing up applications concerning restructuring of the company – both in the scope of possible arrangement agreements concluded with the creditors (so-called “arrangement bankruptcy”) and in the scope of liquidation of assets (so-called “liquidation bankruptcy”).

Assessment and minimization of risk

2. for members of management boards of limited liability and joint stock companies resulting from the insolvency of managed entities.

 

Enforcement and defence

of claims on the grounds of failure to submit a declaration of the company's bankruptcy within the prescribed deadline (Art. 299 of the Commercial Companies Code, Art. 586 of the Commercial Companies Code, Art. 373 of the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Law).

 

Acting as defence advisors in criminal proceedings

exclusively in relation to claims concerning prohibited acts of a commercial nature and those based on the provisions of the Fiscal Criminal Code.

 

Representation of the interests of creditors

in bankruptcy proceedings (excluding proceedings conducted in courts in which the legal office partners currently perform the function of an insolvency practitioner, trustee and court supervisor).

 

Conduction of training sessions

on insolvency and restructuring.
